Privacy notice
This notice covers the Stedda GLP-1 Guide plugin for ChatGPT. The data controller is Cadence Health Ltd (company number 17043196), 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. ICO registration ZC095403.
What we receive
When ChatGPT uses the plugin, our server receives only the tool request: a topic label (for example "nausea"), a page number or a topic ID. The plugin does not accept free text, so it is not designed to receive your symptoms, your messages, your medicine or dose, or anything that identifies you. We do not receive your ChatGPT conversation or account details.
Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., keeps standard request logs for a short period, for security and reliability. These include the time, the address requested, the IP address and the browser or client type. We do not combine these logs with any other data, and we do not use them for marketing, profiling, advertising or research.
What we do not do
No accounts, no cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics, and no sale or sharing of data. Plugin use is never linked to a Stedda or nudge app account.
Lawful basis and retention
We process the request data under our legitimate interest in running a secure information service (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Request logs are deleted on the hosting provider's standard short retention cycle.
Your rights
You can ask us about, or object to, any processing of your data. Contact privacy@cadencehealth.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
OpenAI's handling of your ChatGPT conversation is covered by OpenAI's own privacy policy.
